Part Time CSR - Long Prairie

Part Time Customer Service Representative(CSR) position in our Long Prairie office.

Position Summary

Serves customers by providing the utmost professionalism and genuine appreciation. Communicates with customers and teammates effectively and efficiently, while providing a great experience. Holds a high level of standard for greeting customers and answering phone calls, promptly guides customer to where they need to go.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurate cash handling and transaction processing in the teller line.
  • Enthusiastic greeting of customers and answering phones.
  • Settles customer debit card and online banking questions.
  • Possess accountability for time and organization.
  • Positive attitude that aligns with Minnesota National Bank culture / be a great teammate.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated while supporting teammates.
  • Communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiastically accept and complete all related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Firm understanding that change is constant.

Position Schedule

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week to a maximum of 32 hours per week.
  • Saturday morning rotation, anticipated to be once every 6-7 weeks.
  • Bank hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm/6:00pm on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Work hours will be scheduled within these hours, subject to change at any time.

Ideal Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • High level of technology skills to include word processing/spreadsheets/email & document scanning/attachments.
