Our Team

Chelsea Bertram

Chelsea has been with Minnesota National Bank since August of 2021.  She is a 2012 graduate from North Dakota State University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Marketing with a minor in German.  She and her husband moved to Sauk Centre in 2013, where they are currently raising their 3 little boys.  

Chelsea enjoys playing volleyball,  exploring different campgrounds and state parks in Minnesota, decorating, graphic design, and trying different foods and wines.  

Fun Fact: Chelsea lived with a host family in Germany the summer after she graduated from high school.  She hopes to be bi-lingual someday. 

Molly Bjostad

Molly began her journey with Minnesota National Bank in December, 2023.  She grew up in Grey Eagle and graduated from Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School in 2010.  Molly has 12+ years experience of working in the customer service fields.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, playing outside with their two dogs, camping, fishing and shopping.  

Jen Borgmann

Jen joined the Minnesota National team in January of 2024.  She is a lifetime member of the Sauk Centre community.  She graduated from Alexandria Technical College in 2003.  Jen and her husband, Dan continue to live in Sauk Centre with their son and daughter.  

Fun Fact: Jen's favorite season is Summer.  She enjoys spending time at the lake or doing anything outside. 

Joyce Brinkman

Joyce has worked at Minnesota National Bank since June of 1984. She graduated from Sauk Centre High School and accepted a full time position at the bank after graduation. She started as a student teller through a On the Job Training Program through high school. 

She enjoys spending time with her family especially her 8 grandchildren, going for walks, cruises around the lake in the summer and fall, camping, country music festivals and bowling.

"My favorite part of my job is helping customers find a solution to a problem that they are having and making their day a little better. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been working at Minnesota National Bank longer than several of my coworkers have been alive." 

Rosanne Eekhoff

Rosanne has been with Minnesota National Bank since August 2001. She graduated from Alexandria Technical and Community College with a A.A.S degree in Finance and Credit. 

On her time of she enjoys reading and camping.

Holly Fogarty

Holly has been with Minnesota National Bank since November, 2023.  She graduated from UND with a degree in Aeronautical Studies, but never flew as a Commercial Pilot.  Holly grew up in Delano, then moved to Sauk Centre in 2007.  She met a lot of people as she worked at Sauk Centre Public School as a substitute teacher.  She currently serves on the Dollars for Scholars Board and previously served as the Youth Director at First Lutheran Church.  Her hobbies include reading, watching her children's sporting events, traveling, baking and "putzing" in her garden. 

Joe Fuechtmann

Joe has been with Minnesota National Bank since July 2021.  Joe is a Melrose High School graduate and pursued higher education at St. John's University where he graduated with his Bachelors Degree in Business Management.  Joe is an active member in the Sauk Centre Community, being a volunteer Fire Fighter since 2002 and on the City Council since 2019.

In Joe's free time he coaches Youth Baseball!

Matt Hoeschen

Matt has been with Minnesota National Bank since October 2012. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead. On his time off he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and doing anything sports related

Steven Jennings

Steven has been with Minnesota National Bank since October 2016. He has been in a bank CFO role for about 17 years, he also has experience in consumer lending, business-commercial lending, operations officer, chief information officer,  bank board member, bank holding company board member, and was the CFO at a title company. Steven's education includes Minnesota State University, University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking, numerous other banking schools, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Security Manager.

On his time off he enjoys fishing, hunting, sporting clays, cooking, and dog training.

"My favorite part of my job is building relationships with clients, helping clients manage and solve their financial needs and supporting teammates who are doing the same thing.  Also the variety of work flow that I get to touch. A fun fact about me is that my dad was a private pilot and I spent a lot of time flying with him."

Rick Jennissen

Rick has been with Minnesota National Bank since September, 1995. He started his banking career at First Bank in Willmar, MN in March 1989 to 9-1-1995, where he worked as a loan officer & investment representative.He graduated from Sauk Centre Senior High School, May of 1984.  He also graduated from St. John’s University, May of 1988, with a B.S. degree in Management & a minor in Economics

On his time off he enjoys spending time with his spouse & daughters, singing in choirs/cantor, volunteering, taking walks with family & dog, and playing pickleball

Lynette Joens

Lynette has been with Minnesota National Bank since February 2017. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2007 with an Elementary Education Bachelors Degree. She also graduated from Alexandria Technical College in 2011 with an Associates Degree in Accounting & Administrative Office Management.

On her time off she enjoys spending time with family and reading.

"My favorite part of my job is my teammates because they are like a second family. They make coming to work fun and enjoyable. A fun fact about me is that I read over 100 books a year."

Mikki Kelly

Mikki has been with Minnesota National Bank since May of 2024.  She grew up in Garfield Minnesota and currently resides in Sauk Centre with her husband and two daughters.  A 2007 graduate from Alexandria Technical & Community College with an Applied Science Degree in Finance & Credit Management.  She has worked in the banking industry for over 15 years.

Mikki enjoys traveling, riding motorcycle, reading, and spending time out on the lake on her families pontoon.  

Fun Fact: Mikki LOVES going to concerts as well as dancing! 

Kelly Marthaler

Kelly has been with Minnesota National Bank since May 2019. She has a Hotel & Restaurant Management Degree. On her time off she enjoys camping, reading, gardening, and spending time with family & friends.

"I don’t have a specific part of my job that I like the most! I love the variety in my job duties, so I get to use my strengths in organization and details with the paperwork side of things but still get interaction with clients for the customer service side of me! A fun fact about me is that in high school I ended up singing the National Anthem on the fly a cappella because the background music wouldn’t work and in my cheerleading uniform!"

Joyce Moe

Joyce has been with Minnesota National Bank since August of 2023.  She attended Parkers Prairie High School and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in accounting.  She has spent the last  20+ years in the community banking industry.  Joyce believes that community banks play an important role in the communities where they are located, especially in rural communities.

She and her husband, Mike moved to Sauk Centre in 1990 and raised their 3 children.  In her time off, Joyce enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, gardening and watching sporting events.   

Todd Mostyn

Todd has been with Minnesota National Bank since May 2018. On his time off he enjoys doing IT related tasks.

Mike Traeger

Mike has been with the bank since July 1996 and has specialized in all areas of lending.  In his current role, Mike manages all aspects of lending for the bank.   He also specializes in all types of business and ag financing as well as playing a role in residential home lending. Mike is originally from Melrose and graduated from St Cloud State. He's a proud community supporter and has been in many different organizations over his time with the bank. He currently is active in the Sauk Centre Rotary Club and smaller roles in a number of other organizations.    

Mike is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Bank at the University of Pennsylvania where he also received the Wharton Leadership award. Mike and his wife, Missy, have two children - Tommy and Matt.  As a family, they enjoy camping, golfing and the outdoors in general.
