Right now, we have an exciting opportunity to join our nationally ranked team that transforms banking from transactional to relational.
 
Processing, clerical, and administrative support of loan functions.  Ensure loans are uploaded and filed correctly, both physically and electronically. Confirm all needed documents have been received and signed - ready for any audit. Continuously supporting teammates to ensure above satisfactory service to existing and new customers. To make time for personal growth along with the growth of the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Take completed loans from lenders and process the remainder by disbursing funds into customer’s accounts and completing the physical and digital loan files
  • Work in a team environment to complete tasks and duties
  • Maintain loan files and perfect collateral liens with DMV, County and State
  • Work directly with lending team to process loans and maintain loan files accuracy
  • Traits that are preferred:
    • Banking experience with knowledge of core banking systems, but not required
    • Aptitude for math and numbers – Analytical    
    • Strong attention to detail                                
    • Ability to learn report generation software and achieve strong core processing knowledge
    • Excellent computer skills
