Our Team

Lori Kubitz

Lori joined Minnesota National Bank following a career in banking. She started as a bank teller, spending time as a personal banker, loan support specialist and then making a long career in Banking Compliance. As she winds down, she has returned to being a CSR for MNB and very happy to be here!

She and her husband, Jeff have three adult children ,three grandchildren and three fur babies (2 Yorkies and one Springer Spaniel). In 2021 they moved to Pelican Rapids and reside on Lake Lida.  She enjoys time with her family and friends, sunny days on the lake and her perennial garden. In the fall and winter, she enjoys tail gating and supporting the NDSU Bison football team. Horns Up!

Fun Fact: Lori is the best German kuchen maker around! 

Kelli Lehr

Kelli has been with Minnesota National Bank since September, 2019. On her time off she enjoys shopping, fishing, baking, and anything that involves spending time with her son and family.  

"My favorite part of job is my coworkers and customers. Meeting the wonderful people in our community. A fun fact about me is that when I was younger I collected clowns. So I have a whole box of random clowns."

Tammy Nord

Tammy has been with Minnesota National Bank since August 2015. She used to work at Bank of the West in the reconcilement department. She has a B.S. in Accounting.

on her time off she enjoys time outside, at the lakes, and spending time with friends.

"My favorite part of my job is meeting new people, and working with amazing people. A fun fact about me is that I have attended a Golden Girls drag show w/ my daughter in Minneapolis and recently went on a cruise w/ my daughter that was a Golden Girls theme from the show that was based on the TV series!!"

Lynette Smischny

Lynette has been with Minnesota National Bank since June 1995.  On her time off she enjoys gardening and canning.

"My favorite part of my job is the customers. A fun fact about me is that I have 17 cats."

Andrew Sorum

Andrew has been with Minnesota National Bank since January 2014. He graduated from Pelican Rapids High School in 2009. He pursued his education in Concordia College, Moorhead, MN graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Art in Accounting and Business.

On his time off he enjoys golfing, hunting, spending time on the lake, watching and Playing Sports, and spending time with family and friends

Shelley Sorum

Shelley has been with Minnesota National Bank since June 2005. She graduated from University of North Dakota. On her time off she enjoys working on home and yard projects.

"My favorite part of my job is helping awesome customers’ dreams come true, buying their first house, building a home, or purchasing a lake home. A fun fact about me is that my second job choice would be a race car driver!"

Araceli Villagomez

Araceli has been with Minnesota National Bank since November 2016 when she started as a student teller and is now a personal banker. She graduated from Pelican Rapids High School and went to Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Fergus Falls achieving my AS in Business.

On her time off she enjoys driving around or "cruising" as she likes to call it. 

"My favorite part of my job is seeing customers happy after coming to the bank to see us. A fun fact about me is that I know how to play the piano and drums!"
