Position Summary

Communicate with customers and teammates honestly, effectively, and directly, while providing a great experience. Holds a high level of standard for greeting customers and answering phone calls.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers while providing "Ritz Carlton" level customer service.
- Performing Teller functions to include deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.
- Detail oriented: Meticulous in understanding the problem to be solved and executing tasks.
- Establish solid relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Other duties assigned.
Position Schedule
- Rotating Saturday schedule.
- Bank hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm/6:00pm on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Work hours will be scheduled within these hours, subject to change at any time.
Ideal Qualifications
- High level of technology skills to include word processing/spreadsheets/email & document scanning/attachments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to organize and manage details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the banking industry preferred, although not required.
